Ernest John (EJ) Huntley MAI

Mr. Huntley is the Real Estate Consulting practice leader for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (“FAS) in the U.S and the Gulf Coast Leader for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP. He specializes in real estate consulting, advisory, and valuation and has led valuation and consulting engagements throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Huntley is well versed in a variety of valuation and consulting issues, including real estate appraisal and appraisal review services, single asset and portfolio advisory services, transaction due diligence and underwriting complex real property transactions, portfolio analysis, acquisition and disposition advisory services, purchase price allocation, as well as providing expert testimony and dispute consulting. Previous Experience Before joining Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, Mr. Huntley founded and was the CEO of Avail Consulting, LLC, which was later acquired by Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP. Mr. Huntley was also a Worldwide Partner at Arthur Andersen where he was a member of the U.S. Valuation Services Leadership team, and a member of the Global Real Estate Executive Council.
