Chad has three years of accounting experience in private industry and 14 years of experience in public accounting, primarily in the auditing sector. Chad has experience in performing audits for private and publicly held companies in the real estate, construction, and professional services industries. Services Chad provides to clients include financial statement audits, preparation of accounting policies and procedures manuals, systems control, operations risk evaluations and extenisive experience in real estate valuation, fair value reporting, impairment and acquisition accounting.
Chad leads the firm’s Real Estate & Hospitality Practice in Oregon and is a member of both the steering and assurance committees for the firm-wide Construction, Hospitality, Real Estate & Professional Services Group.
