Aaron Toppston

Aaron Toppston is a Senior Development Manager at Walsh Investors, an affiliate of The Walsh Group. In this role, Aaron serves as bid director for P3 pursuits across North America, managing projects from initial market sounding through financial close. One of Aaron’s largest projects to date is the 558 bridge Pennsylvania Rapid Bridge Replacement project. In total, Aaron has secured more than $8.5 billion of committed financing for road, bridge, healthcare, justice and higher education projects across the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Aaron is the Director of Analytics at Walsh, leading the firm’s adoption of analytics to improve client experience and the company’s commercial results. Aaron earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
