Kevin M Burnett, CPA, CCIFP, CRIS Kevin Burnett is a Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Sundt Construction, Inc., (“Sundt”), a diversified construction company with Heavy Civil, Utility, Mining & Industrial, Concrete, Federal and Commercial Building Divisions. His responsibilities at Sundt include overseeing the accounting, tax, risk management, subcontractor prequalification and investment areas of Sundt. He is also chairman of Sundt’s Finance Committee, co-chair of its Minority Business/Diversity Committee and member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to assuming the role as Chief Financial Officer, Kevin served as Vice President, Controller and Senior Vice President, Finance for Sundt. Before joining Sundt, Kevin was a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Phoenix Arizona where he specialized in the banking, real estate and construction industries. Kevin has also served as Vice President, Corporate Controller for Evans Withycombe Residential, Inc. a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Kevin holds a bachelor degree from the University of Rochester and a MBA from the University of Arizona. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona, a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Past President of Valley of the Sun chapter of CFMA, Chairman of the YMCA of Southern Arizona and a member of the board of directors of Tucson Regional Economic Opportunities, Inc. (TREO).
