John J. Corcoran CPA

John J. Corcoran, is the Executive Director of the Construction Industry/CPAs Consultants Association (CICPAC). CICPAC is a national network of CPA firms dedicated to excellence in serving over 7,500 construction industry clients. John’s construction related career spans over 30 years during which he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of construction companies in Arizona and California as well as his association related activities. John was the founding President of the Valley of the Sun Chapter (Phoenix) of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and also served as their National President. He has received the prestigious Debra Hahn Award for his extensive services and contributions to the construction industry. In 2013, John was awarded the Danny B. Parrish Leadership Award by CFMA. John is also a member of the alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board. He was recently elected to a three year term as a trustee of the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP). John is the ex officio member and liaison for the CPA community and the National Association of Surety Bond Producers’ (NASBP) CPA Advisory Council. In addition to serving on the AICPA Construction Industry Conference Steering Committee, John also serves on the AGC/CFMA Conference Steering Committee. He serves as a member of the editorial advisory committee of the Journal of Construction Accounting and Taxation.
