Richard Juntilla CPA (inactive)

Rick Juntilla is the Director of Accounting Policy and SEC Reporting at U.S. Bancorp. Prior to leading these functions, Rick's responsibilities have included financial review and providing policy oversight for the Company's Corporate Credit Administration, Impact Finance, Acquired Assets, and other Corporate functions.

Rick previously worked in the financial oversight area of Wells Fargo & Company, in the areas of corporate accounting policy and financial governance. Prior to Wells Fargo, Rick was an audit manager at Ernst & Young in Minneapolis, MN and Boston, MA, where he primarily focused on financial services clients. Rick has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN, and is a certified public accountant (currently inactive).
