Russell Zusi

SVP, Finance Executive, Bank of America

Russ Zusi is the Corporate Credit Reporting & Allowance Group Executive for Bank of America, responsible for Credit Risk Governance, Allowance & Reporting, including credit data, internal and external credit reporting, governance and OREO reporting. Russs team is responsible for product and line of business allowances (Commercial, Home Loans, Card & Consumer), corporate credit reporting within Enterprise Risk as well as regulatory reporting to include board-level committees, auditors, regulators, and investors through SEC filings. Additional responsibilities include data management and responsibility of multiple credit data platforms used to support risk, management and financial reporting needs. Previously, Russ led the Retail Banking & Distribution Finance organization. In his role supporting Retail, Russ partnered with the business in repositioning the profitability of the 40MM households within Retail. Across the Distribution Channels (Banking Center, ATM, Online/Mobile), Russ and team worked closely with the business in managing the $6B expense base while ensuring deployment of a Sales & Service model that delivered on our customer experience and revenue growth goals. Additionally, Russ oversaw the Incentive Center of Excellence which provided design, deployment, and execution support for all direct drive incentive plans across Consumer. Russ joined Bank of America in 2004 and has held roles supporting numerous organizations across the Bank including Consumer Technology & Operations, Quality & Productivity and Liability Risk Management. Before joining the bank, Russ worked for E.piphany and Aprimo within the software industry, delivering enterprise wide solutions to numerous Fortune 100 clients. Russ started his career as a Management Consultant at PriceWaterhouse Coppers. Russ holds an engineering degree as well as an MBA from Cornell University.
