Peter Stickler CPA

Peter B. Stickler, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stickler joined us in February 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Stickler was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of AmeriMark Financial Corporation and AmeriMark Bank for over four years. Prior to that, Mr. Stickler served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of several subsidiaries of Old Kent Financial Corporation. Mr. Stickler began his banking career in 1982 at Sears Bank and Trust, Chicago after working for six years at KPMG. Mr. Stickler received his bachelor degree in economics from DePauw University and received a master's in business administration in accounting and finance from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Stickler is a member of the Accounting Committee for the American Bankers Association and a member of the Small Business Advisory Committee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
