Susan Chapman is a Managing Director at Citi. She is currently part of the Global Consumer Independent Risk organization and has functional responsibility for risk oversight for the global consumer lending businesses in the areas of loss forecasting, loan loss reserves, Basel and CCAR.
Susan has been in the financial services industry for 25+ years specializing in consumer lending. During her tenure with Citigroup, she has also been responsible for managing capital markets, and credit and operational risk for the US mortgage lending business, and international mortgage and unsecured lending strategy for the consumer bank.
Prior to Citi, Susan was the CFO for the mortgage lending business of California Federal Bank. Susan also spent many years in public accounting with KPMG auditing financial institutions. She is a CPA.
