Glenn Tempro, Associate Director, joined the PCAOB’s Division of Registration and Inspections (DRI) in 2003. Since then, he has worked on and led inspections of large, small, and international auditing firms. In addition, he has worked in the national office of DRI regarding both global-network and non-affiliate firms. He is a key resource for auditing issues related to financial institutions and fair value measurements. Prior to joining the PCAOB, Mr. Tempro worked at KPMG, LLP focusing on audits of financial institutions, including domestic and international institutions.
