Founder of Minor & Brown PC, Ned Minor is a nationally recognized transaction attorney and “thought leader” in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Ned’s book, Deciding to Sell Your Business The Key to Wealth and Freedom, provides a unique perspective on the decision making process that entrepreneurs struggle with when deciding to exit their companies. Ned has also authored numerous articles on exit strategies that have appeared in The Rocky Mountain News and The Denver Business Journal. He has appeared on Bloomberg Financial as well as many other local and national radio programs. Ned has been featured and quoted in articles by Forbes.com, Associated Press, Business Week, Entrepreneur Magazine, and the New York Times. 

Ned is a nationally recognized speaker on Exit Planning through Vistage International, AICPA, YPO, and multiple industry associations. A resident of Denver since 1972, Ned is actively involved in many charitable and community causes.

Ned was a recipient of the David E. Bailey Business Advocate Award sponsored by the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce for his support and dedication to business and the entrepreneurial spirit. 

He has also received the Gold Leadership Award from Junior Achievement, its highest national honor. Ned received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 1968 and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1972. Ned and his wife, Nancy, are long time residents of Cherry Hills Village. They have one daughter, Sarah, who is a graduate of Syracuse University and currently resides in Denver.
