Based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. According to Jeff Foxworthy you can tell because the Dairy Queen is closed from September through May, she helps random people at Home Depot, has worn shorts and a jacket, talks to people who dial the wrong cell number, vacation is going north-about an hour (not mention of the number of miles), knows how to use jumper cables, and yes sports a cheesehead every now and again.
