2005 - Present: Principal in R L Bunting Consulting which provides long term advisory services to the CEO’s of top 200 US accounting and wealth management firms in the areas of business strategy and execution. Areas of involvement include market development strategies, owner performance assessment and compensation, ownership transition, leadership development and acquisitions.

Moss Adams LLP:
Chairman, International Services Group (2004 - 2012) – Leadership of a team providing services to over 1,300 international enterprises including 120 PIE companies listed in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Chairman, Sustainability Services Group (2009 - 2012) – Leadership of a team providing assurance and verification services for listed and private companies issuing reports on greenhouse gases, conflict minerals, and corporate social responsibility.

CEO, Moss Adams LLP (1981 - 2004) – Overall management of Moss Adams LLP including its 23 office locations and four subsidiaries in the major cities of the western United States and specialty practices in 11 industry groups.
