Bradshaw Rost is a senior partner at Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. Mr. Rost provides corporate and transactional legal services, along with litigation and bankruptcy expertise, to a diverse clientele in different sectors of the economy. Mr. Rost has been lead counsel for the merger and acquisitions of businesses in different sectors of the economy, including companies in the airline, hotel, manufacturing and software industries. He also serves as counsel for real estate management companies and developers in the management and sale of their real estate portfolio.
