Bradshaw Rost is a senior partner at Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. Mr. Rost provides corporate and transactional legal services, along with litigation and bankruptcy expertise, to a diverse clientele in different sectors of the economy. Mr. Rost has been lead counsel for the merger and acquisitions of businesses in different sectors of the economy, including companies in the airline, hotel, manufacturing and software industries. He also serves as counsel for real estate management companies and developers in the management and sale of their real estate portfolio. The firm received the Corporate International Legal Award in 2013 for being the "Corporate Restructuring Law Firm of the Year in Maryland."

Mr. Rost has extensive courtroom experience involving a variety of different civil claims, including defending or challenging the validity and enforcement of legal agreements in different industries and marketplaces. Along with his civil litigation expertise, Mr. Rost regularly represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. This litigation and bankruptcy expertise provides him unique insight and knowledge as to how to best protect his clients from ever becoming the subject of a costly conflict in a court of law, or when the need arises, to effectively defend their interests in court. He is the author of the e-book chapter "The Litigation Paradox" published by ExecSense - the World's Largest Publisher of Webinars, e-books, and Digital Knowledge.

Mr. Rost is admitted to practice before the Federal, State and Bankruptcy Courts in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. He has received the "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for professional excellence and ethical standards. In addition, as published in The New York Times and Baltimore Magazine, he was selected by a survey of his peers in Washington, D.C. and Maryland as one of the top 5% of their profession based upon Ethics, Experience, and Reputation.
