Scott J. Auer, CPA, CMA, CIA, CITP, CGMA Scott, a Louisiana native, is the CFO and Controller for Praeses, LLC, a small private information management company, and is active as an officer, committee member, or member in the following organizations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors, and Shreveport Toastmasters Scott is active in his community having served on the Shreveport-Bossier City YMCA board for 9 years acting as treasurer during several of those years, teaching for and formerly serving as Chair for Junior Achievement of North Louisiana, serving as a board member of CABOSA/SU (local soccer association) and coaching his children’s soccer teams. Scott is a 1994 graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business. Scott an d Dawn, married for 20 years, have three children: Anne-Marie (16), Alexander (13), and Benjamin (10). Scott played soccer while attending Centenary College. Scott enjoys reading, listening to music, collecting vinyl music, learning to play guitar, family time, and watching LSU football.
