Debbie Packer is a Director in the New York City office of PwC’s Global Human Resources Solutions Group. She consults on a wide variety of issues relating to employee benefits, primarily in the area of ERISA compliance. Ms. Packer has specialized in the employee benefits field for over 30 years.
She has extensive experience in employee benefit plan drafting, retirement plan compliance audits, plan sponsor representation in IRS audits and in the preparation and review of Forms 5500.
Prior to joining PwC in 1995, Ms. Packer worked at several New York City law firms. She began her career as a Tax Law Specialist in the Employee Plans Technical and Actuarial Division of the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service.
Debbie is a member of the New York bar. Debbie received her undergraduate degree from Trinity College and her J.D. from the National Law Center of George Washington University.
