Wendy is a partner in Withum's Florida office. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Wendy has extensive experience working with multinational clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries with a deep understanding of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and is also an employee benefit plan specialist. Wendy was appointed as a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Expert Panel for 2012 - 2015. She was the Chair of the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 AICPA National Employee Benefit Plan Conference and was appointed a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC) Executive Committee in 2017.

Wendy has developed and presented a number of continuing education programs for all levels both delivered internally and externally. She has presented various topics at the AICPA National Employee Benefit Conference and the FICPA Continuing Professional Education Mega Conference in addition to other state societies. In 2019, Wendy was named the recipient of the 2019 FICPA Women to Watch Award in the Established Leader category, which recognizes outstanding female leaders that help shape the accounting profession.

Prior to joining Withum, Wendy was a partner in a large national Firm and led the Southeast region's employee benefit plan audit practice. She was also a member of the Firm's employee benefits taskforce committee, which set policies and procedures for the Firm.

Wendy is the current Chair of the Cornerstone Hospice operation Board and serves as a member of the Audit Committee for the Special Olympics Florida. She was the previous Chair of the Board Member and Trustee for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce and is the President of a local home owners association. Wendy volunteers extensively for various education initiatives and presently serves on the Lake County Career Technical Educational Advisory Board, the South Lake Community Foundation Education Grant Committee and the Chamber's Education committee.

Wendy has previously served as a member on the Board of Directors for Lake Sumter Community Foundation, Leadership Palm Beach County, the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, and was the Chairwoman for the Arthritis Foundation. Wendy has co-chaired the membership committee for the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and served on the Women in Leadership Awards (WILA) committee. Wendy also served as treasurer for the Southwest Chapter of Lutheran Brotherhood Society and assisted the Board of Directors of a local property owners association. In 2008 Wendy was one of three finalists for the Athena Award, which is a prestigious award that recognizes female leaders in the community.
