Lee is a Senior Vice President in Aon Hewitt's Executive Benefits practice located in Atlanta. Lee specializes in the tax and accounting aspects of nonqualified deferred compensation and related financing arrangements. He is a regular contributor to both the Journal of Deferred Compensation and the Journal of Pension Planning & Compliance. He is co-author of the article "Withholding and Reporting for Nonqualified Deferred Compensation and Executive Life," published in the Winter 2011 Issue of the Journal of Deferred Compensation. He is a contributing author to the American Bar Association's Taxation and Funding of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation: A Complete Guide to Design and Implementation, Second Edition.
