Ms. Howell is an ERISA specialist with more than 20 years of experience. Her professional experience includes the Internal Revenue Service, third party administration, and ERISA consulting. She now leads TIAA-CREF’s audit support function and is instrumental in strategic planning for services related to plan governance and oversight.
Carmie holds a BA in Accounting and a MBA from the University of West Florida and is a Florida CPA.
