Jennifer Clayton, CPA, CGMA Senior Manager, Professional Ethics Jennifer Clayton is a Senior Manager in the Professional Ethics Division at the AICPA. Jennifer is responsible for the enforcement of the AICPA’s Code of Professional Conduct. In her role, Jennifer acts as a staff liaison to the Enforcement Subcommittee which adjudicates complaints made against members who have allegedly violated the Code of Professional Conduct. She also assists and advises the various state CPA societies in their role in the joint ethics enforcement program which work collaboratively with the AICPA in enforcement of our respective codes. Prior to joining the AICPA, Jennifer worked with Thomas, Knight, Trent & King, LLP (now CB&H) and BDO Seidman, LLP working with a wide range of private clients in various industries but specializing in the area of employee benefit plan audits. Jennifer is a CPA in the state of North Carolina, and is a member of the AICPA and North Carolina Association of CPAs.
