Peggy Bradley is a consultant in Northern Trust's Client Business Solutions consulting team, providing support to institutional trust clients and internal partners, with a focus on the financial and regulatory reporting requirements of qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans. She brings over 30 years of banking, securities, and ERISA experience. Peggy began her banking career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where she served as product manager for Treasury Investments and Safekeeping Services. She has managed the custody, fund accounting, and regulatory reporting functions for common and collective trust fund sponsors while at JP Morgan (formerly, First National Bank of Chicago). She joined Northern Trust in 1982, where she served as client executive for Fortune 500 plan sponsor clients, insurance clients, and not-for-profit entities. As a member of the American Bankers Association's Council on Retirement and Employee Benefits, Peggy co-chaired the Form 5500 Modernization Task Force, and provides support for ABA responses to proposed changes promulgated by the DOL, FASB, SEC, PCAOB, and IRS. She has had the opportunity to represent the custodial services perspective at various industry conferences, including the AICPA National Conference on Employee Benefit Plans, the Illinois CPA Society Employee Benefit conference, the National Institute of Pension Administrators, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans' Benefit Plan Professionals Institute.
