With over twenty years of experience, Scott has expertise in all aspects of federal reporting and compliance for employee benefit plans and labor unions and in auditing and consulting for defined benefit and defined contribution pension and health plans. Scott has hands-on experience in overseeing some of the Firm’s largest audits for both local and international labor organizations and their related employee benefit plans.

In addition to his client work, Scott is heavily involved in several of Bond Beebe's internal committees. He serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, is Chair of the Firm’s Personnel Committee and is active in the firm’s staff training program.

Professional Experience:

Scott is often called upon to teach other industry professionals and speaks regularly for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans on a variety of topics and industry best practices.

His broad experience includes audits for training funds, political action funds and building corporations, as well as agreed-upon procedures such as payroll audits, fraud audits, internal controls consulting, claims audits and management consulting. Scott is also proficient in preparing Forms 990, 990-T and 5500.
