Jason Waldie

Jason Waldie is a Partner in PwC's Transaction Services Group, based in Dallas, Texas where he leads the CMAAS Greater Texas practice and communication sector. Jason has more than 20 years experience advising on technical accounting and accessing the capital markets. He returned to Texas after spending 3 years in New York and seven years in London, 2 of which he spent in our National Office in SEC Services.

Jason specializes in advising on capital market transactions used to access the U.S. public and private securities markets, and has been involved in several transactions with premier companies. He is a leasing, business combinations and divestiture subject matter expert. His clients typically include both financial and corporate entities whom he advises on multiple areas of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

Jason is a regular speaker at both internal and external training events and received his BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University. Jason is a certified public accountant in Texas and New York and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
