Judy Cain, CPA Partner Plante & Moran, PLLC Energy industry group leader, advises public companies and private equity-backed businesses primarily in the natural resources sector. Judy has more than 25 years of experience and is an expert in oil and gas and mining taxation. Experience includes partnership transaction structuring, private equity, buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and ASC 740. Judy is a member of the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies and sits on the boards of ACE and Colorado Uplift.
Judy has a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Iowa and Master of Tax from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.
