Amanda Proctor, CPA, is an Audit Senior with Anton Collins Mitchell LLP based in Denver, Colorado with additional offices in Boulder and Greeley. She currently works out of the Greeley office with a focus on governmental audits. Prior to joining Anton Collins Mitchell LLP, Amanda worked for over six years with a local CPA firm in Northern New Jersey providing a diverse range of tax, accounting, and consulting services to family-owned businesses, healthcare companies, and not-for-profits. She was a member of the firm’s Assurance Committee, instrumental in utilizing and educating staff on new accounting and auditing software packages; and a leader in professional education, developing staff and best practices in the firm’s employee benefit plans audit practice.
Amanda holds CPA licenses in the states of Colorado and New Jersey. Amanda was a member of the Champions Task Force for the AICPA Women’s Initiative Executive Committee (WIEC) for two years prior to accepting a position on the WIEC. Over the past three years Amanda has also served as a member of the New Jersey State Society of CPAs A&A standards interest group, the Bergen County Chapter A&A committee, and a member of the CPA Associates International A&A committee.
Amanda resides in Milliken, Colorado with her family where she is a board member of the local charter school. In addition to keeping up with her daughters’ many activities, in her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places, appreciating the outdoors, sewing and cooking.
