Kathleen Grace holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and is the founder of Grace Consulting Services, a professional services firm specializing in leadership assessment, executive coaching and strategic succession planning. She has identified and developed leadership talent for the financial, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and professional services sectors in North America and Europe. Kathleen divides her time between working with leaders one-on-one to maximize their leadership potential and with organizations to ensure they have diverse, agile, and purpose-driven people to execute their strategic goals and power future growth.
