Donald B. Susswein J.D.

Don Susswein is a principal with the Washington National Tax Office of RSM US LLP. He leads the firm’s Pass-Through Consulting Group. He was actively involved in many of the discussions between the private sector and governnment personnel related to the pass-through provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and is a frequent writer and commentator on tax and tax policy issues.
