Karl Ahlrichs has broad experience in the "human capital" of Finance and Accounting, with expertise in Human Resources, Operations and senior level problem solving. He is a national speaker and author, presenting on the people issues in organizations and is often quoted in national media. He has advanced training in assessment tools and consults on communication and human resources issues. 

He is Senior Consultant at Gregory & Appel in Indianapolis, where he provides consulting services to clients from all industries. He has launched two businesses and facilitates an invitation-only roundtable for CFOs that has been active since 1998. He has been named the SHRM Human Resource Professional of the Year for the State of Indiana and holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. He is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) with the National Speakers Association and is a licensed Insurance Agent in both Commercial and Health Insurance. Karl serves on the Board of the Maryland CPA Society.
