Christopher Woodin

Christopher C. Woodin joined the IRS in 2005. He is a Lead Tax Law Specialist with the Indian Tribal Governments/Tax Exempt Bonds office for which he provides technical support and performs review and outreach services for the voluntary compliance and enforcement programs related to tax advantaged financings. He is especially involved in matters concerning arbitrage compliance including yield restriction, rebate and recoveries of overpayments. Prior to joining the IRS, Chris started working with tax exempt bonds in 1994 when he joined the public finance department of Piper & Marbury.
