This session will offer real world experience and fundamental information in an easy to digest manner. Participants will obtain an overview of the basic business valuation process. We will discuss some of the applicable professional standards and how they affect what we do in our engagements and the reporting. This session will cover the asset, income and market approaches to valuation along with a discussion of discounts or premiums that may be applicable.
