The final session in a three-part series will focus on planning opportunities for delivering health benefits to employees, or facilitating their use of exchange-provided plans. The session will start with a quick review of plan design considerations and alternative plan designs and end with case studies demonstrating how an employer would implement processes and procedures to comply with the new ACA rules. Attendees will be able to:
• Identify common health plan designs and considerations
• Assist clients with the decision of whether to offer health coverage or not
• Identify planning opportunities and related processes and procedures
