INT2315 - How Rigor and Access to Professions Can Simultaneously be Achieved

Speakers from a variety of professions will gather to communicate to advocacy leaders, CEOs, and other interested parties concerning how success in the professional pipeline can be simultaneously achieved through rigorous standards that are unique to ARPL-related professions. Panelist will give insight to best practices within their respective businesses and make note that what all the professions have in common: education, exam, and experience, identical to CPAs. Additionally, the panelist will also offer advice to what their unique organization has done to improve a new generation of individuals entering their respective professional pipelines and what avenues for access they have created to maintain growth in their associations.
