Many associations are faced with an aging membership. This coupled with a pipeline issue that does not appear to be changing for the better in the coming years mandates a new approach for associations to consider when reaching out to students and young professionals. During this session, we’ll walk through what avenues have proven successful: high school and college outreach, Student and YP Ambassador Programs, events to connect current with prospective YPs, mentoring programs, etc.
