We are all aware that the profession is facing challenges with regards to the talent pipeline. How do we step away from a reactionary mode when it comes to the notable drop in the CPA pipeline? When instead, we should be looking at how global population shifts will impact our profession. This session will provide a unique macro perspective on how global birthrate declines and shifting population demographics will play a role in the next generation’s mindset about higher education, professional goals, and the need for credentials such as the CPA. What can we do about it?
