Description

In this session you will examine the key considerations your organization should explore internally with staff and volunteer leaders, as well as externally with local governments and venue staff, before deciding to hold face-to-face/hybrid events. Additionally, you’ll hear about areas of event planning that could be most affected by the ongoing pandemic should you decide to move forward. Special attention will be paid to contracts including the types of clauses you should advocate for and win-win negotiation strategies you should consider if and when the decision to meet has been made.
