Description
The Supreme Court and the people have spoken on health care reform. This session will review the results of those actions and governmental guidance to provide practical planning and action items to enable businesses and individual taxpayers to acquire health plan coverage and minimize its costs and the Affordable Care Act’s new “taxes”:
- Review how the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision and federal administrative actions affect employers’ ability to sponsor plans at affordable costs while complying with the new requirements that employers and their key executives and employees will face
- Learn how to plan for coverage on the new exchanges and what that coverage is likely to cost
- Review how income tax and wealth planning will be affected by changes to Medicare and other federal health care programs
