Every day Form 990 challenges arise from its nuanced instructions, which often affect even basic issues. This session will focus in on the more complex reporting issues concerning income analysis; joint venture activities; complex relationships between filers, their management, and/or related organizations; and the Form 990 as a public relations vehicle. The co- presenters, (authors of the 2013-2014 AICPA course, Form 990: A Comprehensive Approach), will present examples and tips for addressing the most common complex arenas.
