Description
The Private Company Council (PCC) helps improve the process of setting accounting standards for private companies and determines whether private company alternatives to existing GAAP are necessary. The PCC takes a proactive approach to its mission, and this session helps to further that work. Participants will have an opportunity to hear about the current agenda of the PCC and provide feedback to the PCC and the FASB on how to improve financial reporting for private company stakeholders.
