This session takes a deeper dive into GAAP projects/issues (highlighted in session #3) that are central to FASB’s efforts to improve GAAP for NFPs. FASB staff who manage the projects will review and discuss the work to date on FASB projects to refresh the NFP (FAS 117) reporting model, and look at MD&A/ other financial communications. FASB NFP Advisory Committee (NAC) members will discuss the work the NAC has been doing to advise the FASB Board and staff on behalf of the NFP community.
