This session will walk through the key risks identified in the 2012 AICPA NFP
Audit Risk Alert. It will review important areas of focus in conducting an audit
of an NFP, and provide guidance to chief financial officers and controllers on
how to address these risks in preparation for their annual audit. It will also
discuss changes and key issues identified in the Alert, including:

• Regulatory developments
