This interactive roundtable open forum format will allow discussion and attendees to ask questions about current events, advocacy issues, and developments in trust, estate, and gift tax with experts from the AICPA Trust, Estate, and Gift Tax Technical Resource Panel (TRP). The TRP members and staff will provide an update and respond to questions regarding emerging tax advocacy issues on trust, estate, and gift tax proposed legislation and regulations. Share feedback with the AICPA and have a voice in future tax advocacy. It is an opportunity to network and exchange advocacy ideas.

Attendees will:
· Learn about AICPA tax advocacy efforts regarding legislative and regulatory proposals and developments in trust, estate, and gift tax area.
· Exchange ideas and network with peers and AICPA TRP members and staff
