Description

Do you worry that if you show up powerfully with your team, you will face backlash or be disliked? Do you have to sacrifice relationships in order to get results? Many new managers struggle with finding the balance between building relationships with their teams and providing the leadership rigor needed to generate results. Explore two different styles of leadership, what is driving our behavior to be liked by our team, and learn ways to practice powerful leadership while building and maintaining relationships.

  • Identify and recognize reactive and creative leadership styles and how they play out in the workplace.
  • Discover what drives our leadership behavior and the desire to be liked.
  • Recognize the blind spots that get in the way of effective leadership.
