Description

Minimultinationals face all of the international tax complexities that juggernaut multinationals face - but without a battalion of tax professionals on payroll. How should an American entrepreneur abroad set up the business structure to minimize tax? • Evaluate simple and complex business structures to compare expected U.S. tax liability for U.S. owners of minimultinational businesses.

Speaker(s):

  • Phil Hodgen, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation), Lawyer, HodgenLaw PC
