Description
The Office of the Chief Accountant is the primary adviser to the Commissioners of the SEC on all accounting matters and has oversight of the FASB and PCAOB. This session will discuss current oil and gas financial reporting issues from the perspective of the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant along with insights to interpreting U.S. GAAP and managing financial reporting risk.
