Things we can be sure of: clients always tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth, they never look at their
companies through rose colored glasses, they certainly never believe their companies to be unique from their
competitors, and we can always blindly rely on their internal projections. Right? Maybe not. Blindly relying on
client-provided projections is not recommended, yet too often it happens. This session will discuss how to review
client-provided projections with a critical eye and create projections that have some basis in reality
