Description

This panel discussion includes representatives from three industries which have benefited greatly from NAFTA by, for example, the regional integration that has enabled North America to compete globally. We will also hear how NAFTA has attracted foreign direct investment to North America, especially related to automotive and consumer products. NAFTA has been important for U.S. agriculture, opening markets for U.S. farmers and growers. Hear how these industries have built their supply chains around NAFTA and what they would like to see improved to enhance North American competitiveness.

Speaker(s):

  • Evelyn Suarez, The Suarez Firm
  • Kip Tom, PFS, Chairman, Tom Farms
