This session will concentrate on key lead measures in the parts and service departments. We will explore lead versus lag measures and how one can impact another. Additional discussion will include the importance of strict processes when certain lead and lag measures are impacted.
Attendees will learn specific measures within daily/monthly operations such as tracking special order parts compared to stocking parts and how they impact profitability.
We will also learn how daily tracking items in service can assist with a cleaner more efficient month-end process.
