Chris Hesse, Annette Nellen, and Kevin Walsh, members of the AICPA Tax Reform Task Force, continue the panel discussion on possible tax reform effects of the current proposals. The panel will discuss items to consider in entity structuring and restructuring, depending upon the provisions included in tax reform. Border adjustability, asset expensing, interest expense nondeductibility, and estate and gift tax issues are on the table.
