Description
This session will address the accounting and disclosure requirements of various level 1 and level 2 investments including collective trusts and pooled separate accounts. The session will also cover the various investment products commonly seen with employee benefit plans. Attendees will:
• Understand accounting/disclosure requirements of various level 1 and 2 investments including changes from the new ASUs
• Be aware of various investment products commonly seen with employee benefit plans
• Understand Form 5500 reporting for these investments
• Understand the adoption and implementation of new ASUs affecting investments and relative disclosures in benefits plans
