Description
This moderated session will feature two very different organizations that will share their journey relative to gender diversity and increasing the progression of women leaders over time. Participants will hear from senior leaders who have served as champions at HYDRO Canada and Eide Bailly. These leaders have been deeply engaged in long-term efforts that show definite progress. They will share not only their journey but also tangible results demonstrating the progress they have made and are making. Participants will learn:
• Similarities and differences in the ways in which organizations approach gender diversity efforts
• Examples of important elements such as business case, obtaining buy in and determining the right strategies for real change
• Examples of tangible results accomplished over time with persistent and strategic effort
